26/06/2007 – I went to the D & AD New Blood exhibition. I was nominated by my university to show my Abracadabra project and my 'Blink' book cover. It was a good event, wondered around and meet a couple of foundation friends. Our stool seemed to be quite a success, as all the Bath Spa Graduate Mags disappeared by the end of Tuesday night.

03/07/2007 – Went to the Penguin Design Awards in London. I was shortlisted for my entry for Malcolm Gladwell's 'Blink'. I spoke to designers and students alike, it was all extremely interesting looking at people who have made it in the design world and those that are still to come. There were also many great designers who judged the prize, Jamie Hewlett included. Thats makes me extremely happy to know that artists and designers I admire, may also admire my work in return.

10/08/2007 – I just finished a months placement at The Partners and it was brilliant. I definitely know that I want to be a Graphic Designer and I can't wait for my next placement at The House.
